Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Origin & Destinations
All orders are shipped from the UK. We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be dispatched the following business day. Processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods.

Shipping Methods & Tracking
We use Evri and Royal Mail for all shipments. All standard orders are tracked, and tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times
Standard shipping usually takes 2–3 business days, but delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to courier delays or exceptional circumstances.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
Any cases of lost, delayed, or damaged parcels are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will determine the appropriate resolution individually.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses, and such orders will not be refunded.

Shipping & Order Issues
Delays caused by couriers do not justify order cancellations or refunds. Once an order is dispatched, responsibility for the parcel lies with the courier.
