That's why we offer our Double Money Guarantee: If you don't at least double your purchase price through reselling the items, we'll refund you 100% of what you paid (product subtotal only).

How It Works (Straightforward Steps):

  1. Buy any eligible item from us.
  2. Make a genuine effort to resell it, follow our step by step guide(e.g., list on platforms like eBay, Depop, Vinted, Facebook Marketplace, TikTok Shop, etc., with fair pricing and promotion).
  3. If, after those efforts, you haven't achieved at least 2x your original purchase price (net after your own fees/shipping), contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  4. Submit proof: Screenshots of your listings (showing dates and active status), any sales records, promotion attempts (e.g., posts/ads), and a brief explanation of the outcome.
  5. Return the item(s) unused and in original condition (full packaging, no damage, wear, odors, or alterations) at your own expense (use tracked shipping for safety).
  6. After we receive the return, inspect it, and review your proof (typically 5–10 business days), we'll process a full refund of the item price (excluding shipping, taxes, duties, discounts, or your resale costs) to your original payment method.

  • Proof of effort required: You need to show active resale attempts (e.g., listings live for at least 14 days, visible promotions). No proof or minimal effort (e.g., "listed once and forgot") disqualifies the claim. Resale results depend partly on your strategy, pricing, timing, and market conditions.
  • Limit: One claim per customer/household every 12 months.
  • Exclusions (no refund under this guarantee):
    • Items labeled "final sale," "as-is," clearance, personalized, or digital/gift cards.
    • Opened hygiene, perishable, or sealed products.
    • Damage occurring after delivery (including during your resale/handling/return shipping).
    • Claims tied to external factors (e.g., market crashes, platform policy changes, your high pricing/low promotion).
    • Fraudulent or repeated/abusive claims (we track for patterns).
    • Shipping fees, taxes, duties, or your resale expenses are never refunded.
  • If we find the claim doesn't qualify (e.g., insufficient proof, item not returned properly), we'll process a standard refund (or none) at our discretion.
  • This guarantee is in addition to your statutory UK consumer rights (e.g., full remedies for faulty, not-as-described, or mis-sold items under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
  • We may modify or end this guarantee at any time; updates won't apply to prior purchases.

Claims are uncommon because our stock usually delivers for resellers – but if it doesn't work out for you with honest effort, we'll refund what you paid to keep things right.
